Tonight’s Libation: Tiki Tea

There’s an incredible Tiki bar in Los Angeles called Tiki Ti. We highly recommend it if you’re ever able to make the pilgrimage and enjoy it in person. One time while we were there one of their bartenders described their drinks as “being made with ingredients usually available in the US”. Trying to recreate their magic we’ve mixed Coruba Rum, Triple Sec, orange, lime, lemon, honey, sugar, and genmaichia tea of all things. Enjoy!
