Saturday’s Concoction:  Singapore Sling

With a name like that, how could we not at COG? It’s a Tiki-adjacent gin-based drink that even non-gin-drinkers enjoy. This drink has a laundry list of ingredients – gin, cherry brandy, Benedictine, Cointreau, Angostura Bitters, pineapple, lime, and grenadine – that result in an enjoyably boozy fruity experience.
